By accessing or using the r15 platform, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms. These terms constitute a legal agreement between r15 and its users. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform. r15 reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
To open an account on the r15 platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Bangladesh. You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration, and it is your responsibility to keep that information up to date. Each individual may operate only one account, and creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account. Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account must be reported to r15 immediately.
R15 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason and without prior notice, particularly in cases of terms violations. Any attempt at fraud, deception, or harm to other users will result in immediate account termination. Upon account closure, associated balances or benefits may be forfeited. Users may also request to close their own account at any time, and the process will be completed in accordance with applicable policies. Relevant provisions of these terms will remain in effect even after account closure.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the r15 platform. Respectful conduct toward other users is mandatory when participating in any activity on the platform. Any form of hacking, sending malware, or attempting to disrupt the normal operation of the platform is strictly prohibited. Accessing the platform or attempting to gain any advantage using automated software, bots, or scripts is not permitted. Unauthorized use of r15's intellectual property, logos, content, or trademarks is strictly prohibited.
All content, designs, graphics, logos, and software on the r15 platform are the exclusive property of r15 and are protected by applicable copyright law. Users may view platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes, but may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content. No content may be transferred to third parties without the written permission of r15. Users are solely responsible for any content they upload to the platform. r15 reserves the right to display or remove user-generated content.
All financial transactions on the r15 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are completed in compliance with applicable financial regulations. Users are required to follow the designated methods and limits for deposits and withdrawals. r15 reserves the right to verify any transaction and request additional information when necessary. In the case of suspicious transactions, r15 may suspend or cancel them and notify the relevant authorities. r15 will not be held liable for any financial loss resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.
R15 accepts limited liability for any damages arising from technical failures, server outages, or third-party causes. r15 is not responsible for any session or transaction disruption caused by internet disconnection or device issues. r15 is not obligated to provide compensation if services are interrupted due to natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other unforeseen circumstances. However, r15 is committed to ensuring the highest quality of service at all times and strives to resolve any issues promptly. r15 will not accept liability for any loss resulting from a user's own negligence or error.
R15 treats the protection of users' personal data as its highest priority, and our detailed privacy policy is published separately. Your information will be used solely for the purpose of providing platform services, verifying identity, and fulfilling legal obligations. r15 never sells your personal information to third parties. However, information may be shared when required by law or upon request from a regulatory authority. r15 uses modern encryption and security technologies to keep your data safe, and conducts regular security audits.
Any dispute between r15 and a user will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the matter will be settled in accordance with the applicable laws and jurisdiction of Bangladesh. These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Bangladesh. Any legal claim or complaint must be submitted within the prescribed time limit from the date of the incident. r15 is committed to resolving all disputes through a fair and transparent process.
